These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to improve your mental health & fitness by gaining an awareness of your personal boundaries and practicing how to set healthier boundaries in various domains of your life.

Anxiety

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to gain a fundamental understanding of anxiety, including where it comes from and how to recognize it in yourself and others. Additionally, you will learn actionable tactics to approach and respond to anxiety in various domains of your life.

Relationships

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you and/or your significant other, if you’re looking to improve your mental health & fitness in your relationship by gaining an awareness the common issues couples face today and actionable ways to improve your relationship. Couples are welcome to attend individually or together.

Therapy 101

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to find out more about therapy and how it works. Get your questions answered directly by a licensed clinical therapist and find out how therapy could be helpful to you or others you may know, including how to get the most out of your relationship with a therapist.

Self-Care

 

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to improve your relationship with self-care. Gain an understanding and awareness of what self-care means to you and how to best make time for the activities that benefit your mental health and fitness the most. Taking care of yourself is an important part of building resilience, or bouncing back from stress, trauma, and burnout.

Trauma

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to gain an understanding and awareness of trauma, including the different types of trauma. You may have experienced multiple traumatic experiences in your life without even realizing it. In this class, you will learn basic skills of how to cope with and recover from trauma.

Mindfulness

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to understand the benefits of mindfulness and why mindfulness has become so prevalent in society today. You will learn what it means to be mindful along with the key benefits of mindfulness, and will work on methods to implement mindfulness in your daily life.

Stress Management

These MindSculpt™ classes are designed for you if you’re looking to gain an awareness of stress, including knowing what defines stress, what causes stress, and how stress can manifest itself. Learn to check-in with yourself and identify the sign of stress early on, and practice actionable way to effectively manage stress in your daily life.
